12 week nutrition coaching

Never underestimate your diet! What I've learned over my years of training is just how important your diet is. We need to fuel our bodies with nutrient rich foods and know how they can benefit us. Nutrition is an irreplaceable tool for looking and feeling great!

With this intense 12 Week Nutrition Plan you will work directly with me to achieve any fitness goal you have.

During these 12 weeks you will have to use a food scales and fitness app (ie. My Fitness Pal) to track your foods each day – this is the only way I can guarantee the results you want. I will give you examples of meals to use and help you learn how to create your own based around your daily nutritional needs.

This isn't just your normal meal plan that lays out what to eat, when to eat it and how to cook it. I want to educate you about food. I want to explain to you why we eat different foods and how they benefit us in different ways. I will lay out your daily calorie and macronutrient needs with specific amounts of Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins. Through weighing and tracking your foods you can hit these specific amounts with any foods you like!

This service only includes nutrition coaching but you can integrate this into your own training.


- Your own personal and specific meal plan

* This is based on you and the answers you submit from a questionnaire.

- Full breakdown of daily Calorie and Macronutrient needs (to the gram) - Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates.

- Guidance on how to track and count macronutrients correctly.

- Weekly updates, check-ins and adjustments.

- Education about different foods and why we eat them – how certain foods will spike/keep blood sugars level (applicable if diabetic).

- My personal tips and all the experience I've gained through my years of living with Diabetes to help you manage your own health with the condition.

- Motivation when you need it.

- On going support via email. I would encourage all my clients to contact me as much as they please with ANY questions, queries or comments to keep me constantly updated on their progress.

- Supplementation advice. What supplements will benefit you for whatever goal you have. Advise you on what's necessary and what the scams are.
