Nutritional Guidance

I will supply you with fully customisable nutritional guidance. This will be specifically tailored for you and your intended goals. A full breakdown of exact Calories and Macronutrients (Protein, Fats, Carbs). Built from the foods you like and exclude foods you dislike. Giving you the freedom to enjoy your food, while still reaching your goals.

Workout Plan

Build muscle, lose weight, gain strength - I can help you! I create completely personalised workout plans just for you. This will be broken down into days, habits, sets, reps, routines and strategies. Each exercise and workout will have easy to follow demonstration videos and the reason as to why you're performing it.

1:1 / Community Support

While we work together you have my constant attention and guidance. You can connect with me any time you like 1:1, while also having the support of everyone else in the program. I always encourage those who I work with, to reach out as much as they need. There are no stupid questions and never too many questions.

Diabetes is hard. I know! Thankfully, there are ways to improve insulin sensitivity, regulate blood sugar and make the whole condition more manageable. I want to share with you, how to optimise your Diabetes management through calls, training videos, downloadable files and much, much more.

You will have access to my personal 'insuleoin' fitness app. Easily accessible from desktop or mobile. Here you will have your own profile where you will be able to view your calendar, schedule, targets, meal plans, workout plans, progress photos, files, stats and much more. We can also chat here at any time through instant messenger.

Check-ins / 1:1 Calls

What's the point in working if you're not making progress? That's why we do 'check ins'. From these we will be able to review progress photos, weigh-ins, measurements, blood reports, sleep and energy - we cover it all to ensure we're going in the right direction towards your goals. Constant assessment is the most practical way to guarantee results.
