How Are You Different From A Regular Trainer At A Gym?

When you train with a trainer at a gym, there is a limited amount of time you have with them. You may have only 2-3 hours per week to train, ask questions and learn. With me, you can make contact at any time for any questions, thoughts, concerns or just general chat. You will have my constant guidance.

Do You Coach Internationally?

Yes! It doesn't matter where you are in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. I work with people from all across the globe. The more countries, the better!

How Much Do You Charge For Virtual Coaching?

I have numerous different coaching offers and plans. The prices for these will vary. Drop me a message and I can forward you additional details.

Do You Coach Only Diabetic Clients?

Nope! The majority of the people I work with are Diabetic, but I don't discriminate against 'normal' people. I often work with people who don't have Diabetes, too. (Lucky!)

Are All Your Coaching Plans The Same?

Not at all. When we work together, it's for a specific length of time that suits you - most popular is the Premium Plan (12 weeks), but it all depends on the goals you have.

How Do I Start With An Online Coaching Plan?

How Long Can We Work Together For?

We can work together for as long as you would like. The length of time we work together may depend on the goals you have, but we can figure that out together. I work with people from anywhere between 6 weeks - 6 months, and even longer. Again, this will depend on your goals and what you'd like to achieve.

What Do I Need To Start?

The only thing you'll need is a small food scales. You don't even need a gym membership if you plan on doing home or outdoor workouts.
