How Are You Different From A Regular Trainer At A Gym?
When you train with a trainer at a gym, there is a limited amount of time you have with them. You may have only 2-3 hours per week to train, ask questions and learn. With me, you can make contact at any time for any questions, thoughts, concerns or just general chat. You will have my constant guidance.
Do You Coach Internationally?
Yes! It doesn't matter where you are in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. I work with people from all across the globe.
Do You Coach Only Diabetic Clients?
Yes. I specifically only work with others living with Type 1 Diabetes.
How Long Do We Work Together For?
My initial program is 90 days (12 weeks). The length of time we work together may depend on the goals that you want to achieve, but we can figure that out together.
How Do I Start With An Online Coaching Plan?
Once you complete an application (through the 'Coaching' page), I will be in touch via email if I feel like the program is a good fit for you (keep an eye on your spam folder too). After that, we'll schedule a call to talk about the goals that you want to achieve.
What Do I Need To Start?
The only thing you'll need is an internet connection. I would recommend having access to a gym, but you don't even need a gym membership if you plan on doing home or outdoor workouts.
Do I Need To Have Experience With Fitness & Exercise?
Absolutely not. No matter where you are in relation to your health, fitness and Diabetes journey, we can work together. I work with people who have no exercise experience, to those who have 5/10+ years experience, and everyone in between.
