How Are You Different From A Regular Trainer At A Gym?
When you train with a trainer at a gym, there is a limited amount of time you have with them. You may have only 2-3 hours per week to train, ask questions and learn. With me, you can make contact at any time for any questions, thoughts, concerns or just general chat. You will have my constant guidance.
Do You Coach Internationally?
Yes! It doesn't matter where you are in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. I work with people from all across the globe. The more countries, the better!
How Much Do You Charge For Virtual Coaching?
I have numerous different coaching offers and plans. The prices for these will vary. Shoot me a quick message and I can go through them with you.
Do You Coach Only Diabetic Clients?
Nope! The majority of the people I work with are Diabetic, but I don't discriminate against 'normal' people. I often work with people who don't have Diabetes, too. (Lucky!)
How Long Do We Work Together For?
We can work together for as long as you would like. The length of time we work together may depend on the goals you have, but we can figure that out together. I work with people from anywhere between 8 weeks - 6 months, and even longer. Again, this will depend on your goals and what you'd like to achieve.
How Do I Start With An Online Coaching Plan?
Once you complete an application to work with me (through 'Coaching' page), I will be in touch.
Is It A Monthly Subscription?
Typically yes, but if you decide that you want to work together for a set time, we can do that too.
I've reached my goals, now what?
Once you're ready to continue your work solo, you can finish working with me at any time - I just need one month notice to complete your membership.
Is It Possible To Do Just One Month?
Ideally, it's best to work together for longer so we can get the best results, but if you're looking for just a 4 week plan, that's possible. too.
What Do I Need To Start?
The only thing you'll need is a small food scales. You don't even need a gym membership if you plan on doing home or outdoor workouts.
